CHANG TENGYUAN artist created a fiction story about the end of the world in the future. I imagine there is nothing but dust on earth after the end of the world. Thousand years later, the parrot man, the main role of my series works, came from a faraway Galaxy. Of course they are aliens. They arrived on earth and did research on the civilization of human beings in the past.

At first, parrot man did research on human civilization by discovering the ash of earth. They dig out many old things and investigated them, trying to get some threads/clues of humans and put them together to generally understand human generation. And the second step, parrot man are curious about the meaning of human behaviors. So parrot man started to imitate human behaviors that they got from videos and books left on earth.

we live in the time that information increases instantly. We all know information explosion. the more information we receive, the more truth we have to figure out. And then, we are even not aware of the dissapearing border between the real and virtual. Now we feel content/ happy with the information. The more, the better. we are a lost generation. That's why I created my art works based on fiction story - Imaging future is my way to interact with contemporary issues.

•聯名款太空鸚鵡人公仔 -

張騰遠藝術家 創造了一個未來末日的虛構故事。想像在末日之後，地球上已是灰燼一片，而在數千年後，鸚鵡人-此系列的主要角色，當然，他們是外星生命-來到地球，針對過去的人類文明進行研究。

鸚鵡人以挖掘地球灰燼來研究人類過去的文明，他們挖到許多文物並進行調查，試著將這些線索拼湊在一起，進而了解人類世代。接著，鸚鵡人對人類的各種行為所代表的意義感到好奇，因此試著從各種挖掘到的影像或書籍中，模仿人類的行為，試著理解人類文明。

生活在資訊極度快速爆炸的時代，接收到的訊息越多，就需要更花力氣地辨別訊息，我們甚至沒有注意到，現實和虛幻之間的邊界已漸漸消失。而現在，我們已成為失落的世代，我們靠著接收真假虛實難辨的訊息得到滿足和快樂。而這就是我以虛構故事為作品基調的主要原因-想像未來是我用以反應當代議題的方法。

張 騰遠 はこの世の終わりについてフィクションの物語を創造しました。

数千年経った後、人類滅亡後の地球では何も無くなった事を想像してみて下さい。

パロット（オウム）マンはこのシリーズでのメインのキャラクターで、もちろん、彼たちはエイリアンで人類の過去の文明を研究に地球にやってきました。

パロットマンは人類の過去の文明を研究するために、終末の地球の遺跡や文物を掘ったりして、そのヒントをまとめてもっと人類の世界を知ろうとしました。

そして、パロットマンは人類のする行為にそれぞれ意味がある事に好奇心を持ち始めました。それで、掘って発見した人類の映像や書籍から人類の行為を模倣して人類の文明を理解してみようとしました。

非常に情報伝達の早い時代を生きていれば、受け取った情報が多いほど、その情報を見分けるのに精一杯にならなければなりません。我々は現実と幻の間がどんどん無くなっていくのにも気づいていません。

今は我々は失われた世代になりつつあり、何が真実で何がフェイクなのか見分けにくい情報を受け取ることによって、自分を満足させ、楽しくさせています。

これがフィクションを作品のベースとする主な原因です。
